Petrilli Structural & Consulting Engineering, PC has recently expanded into Niagara Falls, NY. Our new development project has the Buffalo and Niagara Falls regions talking about our firm. Our latest project transforming former South Junior High School into beautiful lofts for the Niagara region has already received successful reviews in anticipation of the big reveal.
Once we are finished, Niagara City Lofts will be a 61-unit apartment complex, equipped with beautiful architecture and modern amenities. Our building plan to repurpose the structure on Portage Road will save the City of Niagara Falls $1.2 million dollars in demolition costs alone, and it will generate revenue in taxes for the first time in the property’s 94-year history.
There will be 49 one-bedroom units, 10 two-bedroom units and two studio lofts in the building. The development will also feature 18,000 square feet of retail space.
Consult with our structural engineers and architects about your new project and be the next project on our features page!
